Job Summary
This position is key to the successful operation of Procurement Services and will serve as a key working associate in support of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) e-procurement activities, procurement automation, and other technical needs related to procurement services. This may involve our e-procurement platform, catalog onboarding, supplier enablement, customer service, etc.
In this position you will administer and provide support of the institutional Amazon business account and provide support and/or co-administration for our SAP vendor master data as well as support, as needed, for SAP materials master data. In addition to e-procurement support, the successful candidate will perform data reporting across both internal and external data sources, administer and support the Procurement Services website, provide support in transactions clearing, etc.
This position will also provide required support for procurement services learning resources, as well as provide direct customer service to departments as it relates to procurement automation or transactions support.
