Job Title: 1557 FT Graphic Designer - Jasper, IN

Overview:
As a Graphic Designer you will be a member of the marketing team responsible for partnering with company leadership to develop, design and implement marketing and advertising to support the company’s strategic growth initiatives and to maintain and enhance brand image.

What You’ll Do:
Day in the Life – Every day you create, design and implement all mediums of advertising, including print, digital, presentations, and office merchandising. This workflow comes from the marketing project platform to fulfill project requests received company-wide. You own specific marketing programs, including financial literacy and check card incentive campaigns. As you work with broader teams to achieve goals and objectives, you will offer creative ideas to improve branding initiatives and work efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

Work Experience: You must have a minimum of an associate’s degree in graphic design with a quality design portfolio and 2 or more years of working graphic design experience.


Communication Skills: strong communication (verbal and written) with ability to engage all levels in the organization, relationship focused; comfortable working in a team environment; ability to give and receive feedback and assess needs 


Technical Skills: proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs; knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; strong attention to detail and accuracy.


Bonus Points:              
A marketing degree or focus.
Bilingual/Multilingual
